13th Munin Conference on Scholarly Publishing

Call for presentations and posters

Submissions are invited for the 13th Munin Conference on Scholarly Publishing, to be held in Tromsø 28–29 November 2018 at UiT The Arctic University of Norway. The Munin Conference is an annual event on scholarly publishing and communication, primarily revolving around open access, open data and other aspects of open science.

This year’s keynotes will be:

– Corina Logan, Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology
– Paul Peters, Open Access Scholarly Publishers Association
– Jon Tennant, Open Science MOOC
– Victoria Tsoukala, European Commission

We hereby welcome abstract submissions for presentations and posters for this year’s conference, on topics including but not limited to:

– Open Science
– Research integrity
– Research assessment and evaluation
– The market for scientific information
– Institutions and funders as publishers
– Emerging trends in scholarly communication
– Preprints
